I have an existing order. Will it get deleted/terminated?
- No, all paid orders will be migrated, and may even be available right now!It says my password is wrong!
- Please reset your password on the login page. As we do not store your password in any way that can reveal what it originally was, we cannot easily or plausibly transfer passwords. You can set it to your old one just fine.Is my data at risk from the exploit used on your last panel?
- No. We do not store user data in plain text. All your data is in an encrypted database, which cannot be accessed by the front-end which was attacked.Can I still access my server?
- Yes! Access the game panel and reset your password if you do not know it. The game panel will now be a required extra login to keep. We're working on an easy fix for this, though. We will implement Quality of Life changes once we have the data here and the website properly configured.
